NoCo Home Builders Association’s ‘Builder Breakfast’ Recap

Good Afternoon Future NoCo Resident,

As promised, here is a brief recap of news you can use on New Build Homes in Northern Colorado, specifically in and around Johnstown, Colorado:

17 Builders were present including: Baessler Homes, Hartford Homes, Lennar Homes, Brightland Homes and Century Communities

Johnstown Builders:

Baessler, building Townhomes in Mountain View by the YMCA downtown.

Lennar, building Single Family Homes in the new community of Ledge Rock by the new grocery store, ‘Woods’.

Century Communities, building Single Family Homes near the YMCA.

DR Horton, building Single Family Homes in Mallard Ridge, down the street from the new high school!

Hartford & Brightland, building Single Family Homes in The Granary, central Johnstown near the new high school.

Other builders present that are building around Johnstown (Berthoud, Windsor, Timnath, Dacono, Evans, Ft. Lupton, Loveland & Ft. Collins) included: Legend Homes, Bridgewater, David Weekly, Dreamfinder, Epcon, Landmark Homes and a developer building condos in downtown Loveland.

I have been in Johnstown since 2011 and the town has grown more in the last 3-4 years then it has in the 10 years prior. “With more rooftops comes more amenities…” In the last couple of years we have gotten a new grocery store in ‘Woods’, Murdoch’s, the YMCA, the new ‘Johnstown Plaza’ housing Scheel’s, Crumbl, Mod’s Pizza, Parry’s Pizza, Bad Daddy Burger, Jersey Mike’s and more… we’re a big-little town now!
