Welcome to Johnstown, thank you for stopping by. I am a long-time resident of Johnstown and have been in real estate since 1990. I have worked in construction & carpentry (6 years), new home sales (12 years), new home consulting and a licensed Residential Realtor for over 20 years.
As I mentioned and during my time in Johnstown, I was also a Stay-at-Home Dad for 12 years. I have 2 kids, Benjamin & Brooklynn who now go to Roosevelt High School and Roosevelt Middle School. Throughout the years, we have had great experiences at Cornerstone Preschool & Pre-K and J.U.M.P. (Pre-K). The kids went to Pioneer Ridge Elementary (highly recommended), Milliken Middle School (now RMS). The Re5jweld School District has been great for our kids.
We have lived in Pioneer Ridge (13 years) and now Carlson Farms. I specialize in both neighborhoods as well as the surrounding communities: Corbett Glen, Roxbury Ridge, Coyote Ridge, Clearview, Sunrise Ridge, Rolling Hills, Johnstown Farms and more. I am a long-time resident and have no intention of moving any time soon. Johnstown is my home, "The Community that Cares."
Having worked in new home sales in the beginning of my professional career, I am very familiar with the sales process, negotiation and helping my clients through the experience of building a new home. That said, I keep up and enjoy working with the builders and new construction; we have a number of new-build communities in Johnstown (from Mallard Ridge, Overlook, Mountain View and Revere...) and several more slated to come. Did I mention we have a new TPC Golf Course (Bella Ridge) that just opened! Custom homes will be built and lots Coming Soon!!!
